Meet Our Pastor
Andrew Columbia is a Pastor, Chaplain, Author, and Speaker who carries a life-changing testimony of God's transforming love and power.
As a former NYC Police Officer of 10 years, Pastor Andrew's heart is to share his story with law enforcement officers and those far from God. After graduating from the New York City Police Academy, he was assigned to the Ninth Precinct on the lower side of Manhattan during the 1980s and 1990s. He was a part of the Ground Zero clergy task force during and after 9/11. Pastor Andrew now serves as the lead pastor of Mount Carmel Bible Church in Carmel, NY, where he lives with his wife Angela.
Pastor Andrew is also a chaplain with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department, the Kent Police Department, the Putnam County SPCA, and the Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club – NY Chapter 21. He is also a volunteer chaplain with Guardian Revival.
In addition, Pastor Andrew works as a peer support specialist with Guardian Revival, leading two peer support groups, along with direct peer support for first responders and veterans.
Meet Our Associate Pastor & Wife
Pastor Drew Columbia and his wife, Roxanne Columbia, have faithfully served the Lord together since meeting on a missions trip to China in 2016. Since then, they have continued serving side by side in ministry with a shared heart for Christ and His church.
Pastor Drew oversees the Worship Team and Media Ministry, leads the Evangelism and Outreach Ministry, teaches the Wednesday morning Bible study, and supports the Senior Pastor wherever needed. His servant leadership and dedication have been a blessing to Mount Carmel Bible Church.
Roxanne serves as an Administrative Assistant for the church and is the administrator for the Nursery, Children’s, and Youth Ministries. She also serves on the Media Team, helping with both administrative responsibilities and the creative side through design, visuals, and special projects.
Together, Drew and Roxanne wear many hats in ministry and faithfully use their gifts to serve Mount Carmel Bible Church and its community.
